“Called AAA for ‘roadside’ service twice. It was actually for me at home. Anyway, both times James showed up. The first time was for a battery jump but the battery was corroded and dead.Unfortunately what should have been a simple job for James wasn’t because the hood latch didn’t want to work and so on. But he was very friendly and took it all in stride. When we discovered that the battery issue couldn’t be fixed he gave me all my options. I initially opted to see if I could just replace the battery myself but after he left I realized that wasn’t a good plan (for one my shoulder is bad and I’m not even sure I could get it out or back in).Anyway, I called them again to have it replaced. Again James came out and was friendly and helpful. He switched the new battery easily and quickly and was a pleasure to work with.It’s also worth noting he was early both times. So I didn’t have to wait at all, which was great because I had appointments and was able to keep them.Thank you James!!!”
