They truly care about the well being of your pet and it really shows. My dog loves coming here and feels so comfortable. “Dr Syde , is always about your pet, not how much $$$ to make off your pets illness, my dog sprained his leg.. I knew this vet visit will include office visit, X-ray, meds etc.... Dr Syde , felt his leg and and because of his experience and wisdom he knew there was no X-ray needed, rest and a couple of pills for relaxation… any other vet looking to make a buck would do an X-ray just because.. in two days my dog was back to running and and happy … you might have to wait a bit in the waiting room .. but it’s because he gives his full attention to every pet that comes in. It’s worth it !”

“After bringing home a new kitten, our one year old cat started having some digestive/urinary problems. We had a terrible experience at a different vet and so we were very worried about where to take her. Not only were we traumatized from this experience, but our cat was now terrified of the vet. However, Country Side exceeded our expectations. Everyone in the office treated our cat like their own. They were warm and welcoming and were very gentle with her. They allowed our cat to become comfortable first before doing their exam. The staff here were amazing with her and I can’t speak highly enough of them. They even had our cat playing and eating treats out of their hand!! They also answered all of our questions and concerns and made us feel welcomed as well.”

“I have been going to Patterson's since the 70's. Dr. Patterson Sr. took care of my first dog. Three dogs and three cats later, we are still having our pets treated there. I have always been happy with the care they receive. The doctors and staff are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I've had some pretty serious issues with my animals and they have always received the best care and treatment possible. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!”

“I can't say enough good things about Cats Vet. We have tried others but always ended up back at Cats because they're the only place I trust completely with my babies. Every staff member is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Reagan and Dr. Vani will thoroughly explain everything that's going on and what your options are in a way that's easy to understand, and they take as much time as needed to answer every question; you will never be rushed. Communication is excellent: phone calls are returned in a timely manner, and if your baby is hospitalized they will keep in touch regularly with updates.I very rarely have to wait more than a few minutes beyond my appointment time, and when they're running behind it's usually because they're handling an emergency, and I'm more than happy to wait. The waiting room is comfortable and stocked with books and magazines, and it's always a nice surprise when one of their resident cats wanders by to say hello!The exam rooms are equipped with feliway diffusers to help keep your babies calm, and relaxing classical music can often be heard too. “I am so grateful for Dr. Sheppherd and Melissa! I started seeing them about 10 years ago with my dog Ginger. They helped with chronic vomiting with her and even told me that there were some issues with her spleen. I actually forget all of the details of what the situation was 10 years ago, but Ginger had her spleen removed three years ago with a massive tumor on it. They diagnosed it before any other veterinarian did a long time ago! Anyway, I have three dogs now and they have tremendously helped all three of my dogs with getting on proper nutrition and supplements to help parts of the body that weren’t working at full capacity. Melissa is a wealth of knowledge and she’s always teaching me so many new things! The whole team is friendly, and they advocate so hard for dogs! I am so grateful for them!”

We had one issue with our one dog's record's being misplaced and they couldn't have been more apologetic. I highly recommend this place. I do recommend that owner's research any supplements that are suggested before purchasing them here. Some you can purchase on Amazon for half the price.”

“Easy and comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and kind. This was my first time coming here. I took my cat in for an annual check-up, which went smoothly. I appreciated the text check-ins after the appointment to ask how my cat was doing and to let me know his lab work came back all clear. No complaints from me! “This was my first time ever using this facility and I have to say when time matters this place is where you should go. Very attentive and great assistants helping to figure out what’s going on with your animals. I was very scared to go in and talk about my dog and what was happening but I am very happy that I did because I k own that my dog will be better and is being treated for a severe upper respiratory infection. I know this may be silly to some but I love my dogs just as much if not more than most people. I felt devasted and destroyed knowing that three year old pup was so uncomfortable and sick.
