“This place is exceptional and my experience with the staff was amazing right from the initial phone call. They were able to see my cat within an hour of calling (I assumed they must not be busy and thus had the time, but they definitely were busy when I showed up!), identified the problem right away and laid out a simple treatment plan that's both easy to follow and extremely inexpensive. Dr Syed and staff took time to ensure I knew how to proceed going forward and gave me a comprehensive timeline for when I should resume normal activities like brushing, etc. Everyone I dealt with here were efficient, friendly and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that I was satisfied with the experience! Well done!”

“VCA has been our go to vet for our 2 past pets, and our current puppy. We are always greeted with a smile, the vet techs are very friendly, and Dr. White is AMAZING with going through everything in full details and answering any questions we have. We also signed up for the CareClub which has been amazing with having a puppy. There aren't many vets around that offer a plan specifically for a puppy's first year (shots, chipping, neuter, fecal sampling, bloodwork, etc). I cannot recommend VCA enough!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Advanced Animal Hospital! ❤🐾 Our 5-month-old dachshund, Frank, accidentally got into some Dramamine, and my boyfriend and I were absolutely freaking out. We first called our normal vet and unfortunately didn’t have a great experience. We were told to call animal poison control, but the way the situation was handled made us feel even more stressed and scared. We then called Advanced Animal Hospital, which thankfully is only about 10 minutes away from us. They spoke with the doctor first and also recommended calling animal poison control, but they were SO much kinder and more understanding about the situation. We ended up being on hold with poison control for about 15 minutes, and when Frank started getting sleepy, we were terrified. My boyfriend called Advanced Animal Hospital back, and they told us to bring him in so they could start taking care of him and get him on an IV while we worked everything out. From the second we got there, everyone was AMAZING. They were so calm, patient, and reassuring while we were panicking. My boyfriend and I are both in our early 20s, and not once did they make us feel judged or make us feel like bad pet owners. They explained everything they were doing, kept us informed, and genuinely treated Frank like he was their own pet. Frank ended up needing to stay overnight so they could monitor him, and they explained everything upfront, including how we could call and check on him. The woman taking care of Frank was seriously SO sweet and made us feel so much better about leaving our baby there overnight. We were so happy to pick Frank up this morning and have him back home with us. 🥹❤ You can truly tell that the people who work here care about the animals AND the owners. They made one of the scariest situations we’ve experienced with Frank so much easier to get through. I am beyond thankful for everyone at Advanced Animal Hospital. You guys are amazing, and we will absolutely recommend you to anyone who needs care for their pet. Thank you for taking such good care of our baby Frank! 🐶❤”
