“Communication seems a bit lacking at times. Not enough to use another pharmacy, but just enough to be annoying. My son’s medication always has to be ordered, they never have it there. I try to be proactive and make sure refills are submitted a few days to a week early to ensure that it runs smooth. This time wasn’t super smooth. The pediatrician said I could refill a week ahead, but it’s apparently 3 days. Shaw’s had the script but nobody bothered to tell me that they needed a few more days until they could fill it. Knowing they always have to order it, I left it alone, until today. I find out that they’ve been able to fill it since yesterday but nobody bothered to even do anything with it. I call about it and now won’t have it until Monday because like I said, they never have his meds in stock. I could’ve been called days ago and somebody could have had this medication ordered yesterday to get here today. So I guess in the future I’ll have to call for information rather than depend on them to call me with any issues.”

“Lately, the Pharmacy has been closed on several occasions I have gone there. Due to no Pharmacist being on staff. Thankfully it hasn't happened for any of my most important rx's yet.Walgreens took over my account from the HealthFirst Pharmacy when they closed down. I have been happy with everything. Untill this has started happening recently. That is However the only problem I have had with them. Walgreens has been less expensive. Also, they recognize me when I come in & are for the most part all friendly. They usually fill my Rx's very quickly. If not it's just usually from being understaffed & not the fault of whoever's working at the time.”
