The office manager & total staff was great to work with and very accommodating. Arranged to pick up a lift chair & they brought it from their Southfield office to their Dearborn Hgts. office because it was closer to where we lived

Chris and Connor were very courteous and professional. Very thorough in the explanation of what they were doing. The chair is now functioning properly with a comfortable feel. I would recommend Mobility City for you repair needs of mobility equipment.

The repairmen came out to fix my lift chair today. Unbeknownst to them, they did not have the wood frame that was ordered. They were so apologetic and felt bad. We appreciate the excellent service we always receive from Mobility City.
