“Just want to drop a quick review about how kind the pharmacy staff was. We were desperate to find antibiotic for my baby as his infection is getting worse, and we won't be able to get in for a doctor visit until next week on Thursday. The pharmacy near our house where we always get our prescription is out and not have anything until next week Monday. We were waiting all day long to hear from them about that antibiotic prescription. So we were calling around and we were talking to Ramy. (Out of luck with several pharmacies near our house) He was so kind and helpful with all the questions I asked. His system got a glitch unfortunately,he couldn't receive our request to transfer the prescription as per our conversation. He went beyond our expectation to call other store to check around and make sure they have antibiotic for us. I received a call back from him around 30 mins after that & finally we able to pick up the medication for our baby from another store. My husband after picking the meds, stopped at the store to personally thanks him once more.”

“Your Rite Aid Pharmacy #01615 has outstanding customer service! I was picking up a prescription for my brother, it was my first time in your store. The person at the window was very polite, and helpful. What amazed me most was the pharmacist Ayman Khafagi when he saw me at the window he stopped what he was doing and asked me if I had gotten my flu vaccine yet. When I said no he personally encouraged me and my husband who was in the car to both get our vaccines right then, so we did. We are grateful for quality people like Ayman Khafagi that care so much about people. Rite Aid hats off to you for hiring pharmacists like Doctor Ayman Khafagi. He and his great staff are truly an asset to your company.”

“I received my flu shot here. They have records of my resent vaccines, very nicely showed me what I needed in the next few months. The only negative with this experience was I had to wait until they took care of the line of people picking up their medications. I will say I was there between 5 and 6 pm. This may be a busy time for them. I am still trying to find a place to review my medications I want to get refilled. I can't a link to do that.”

“When checking Saturday hours this morning I noticed a review that in okemos, pharmacy staff allowed a man without mask to remain in the store. Knowing how both Pharmacists are and they staff I find this hard to believe. They would ask people to mask or leave. The video was in front of store not at pharmacy. It's sad that people leave these types of reviews because I can't tell the corporate level enough compliments about this pharmacy staff. They go above and beyond. They take calls with questions about medications for myself, son and boyfriend. There isn't turnover in this location because of how they treat their staff. So I post this in hopes other see it. I feel blessed to have a pharmacy near me who truly does care about their customers especially in a pandemic. Melissa Barnes”

“Was standing in the pickup line with one other person for about 20 minutes, the cashier next to the pickup called for help and no one came. Thankfully I found Scott the assistant manager and he promptly came over and got everyone taken care of apologizing for our wait. Thank you Scott for being an awesome employee!”
