“I used to go to Jim White Toyota in Toledo but I grew tired of their inconsistent service and long wait times. I have been going to Germain for two oil changes now and feel as though they are taking much better care of me. I appreciate the video inspection, it was a very interesting change. Thanks to Rebecca and Jordan. I look forward to more services here and being treated with respect that was missing at my last dealer. As a woman, working with a woman as your service writer makes a huge difference.

Still an amazing place. This last time Jayden got me set up for front and rear brakes. He also was able to squeeze in and oil change. They scheduled me ahead of time and got me in and out for these services in three hours. They also quoted me a tire fix that discount tire keeps messing up. They always take care of me and I will continue to come here instead of anywhere else.”
“Above and beyond. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help. The vast amount of parts they have access to at incredibly reasonable pricing is mind boggling! No guessing if this part is going to work, pay for shipping, hope it's quality or even the right thing. I'm not part shopping online anymore. Hands down, bar none, these guys every time.”

“Will 1000% be here again for any maintenance needed very knowledgeable and explained everything basically what happened is the shop I was down at in GA a month ago installed parts incorrectly and they prematurely wore out not a month after being replaced.”

“Excellent! Walked in asking for a battery change. The worker was so kind and helpful. It was below zero temps and he didn’t complain once. Also, AutoZone corporate, do better and get these guys some real tools. The “kit” y’all provided was so inefficient, it’s TRIPPLED the time it would have taken. Also consider bays for cars to come out of the elements.”

We've had our vehicle repaired there and so has our son - short wait time in scheduling, vehicles ready on day promised, and honestly vehicles looked better than when they were new. We have zero complaints and have recommended them to many others.”
“Tommy is the most helpful, kind salesperson I've come across. I struggled with getting the light bulb out of my taillight and he took it out for me. By the time I got my child into the store he already had the replacement bulb sitting on the counter ready for me. He showed me how to tell if the light bulb is good or bad and helped me get my car in working condition again. Thank you tommy!!”

“Had to have thermostat and housing replaced on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Zach Wright, the Service Mgr. took great care of me as always on both of our vehicles.
FYI, I literally am 5 min from a Chrysler Jeep Dealer but drive 40 minutes just because of their service.
