The coach’s are very enthusiastic about teaching every class and are always happy to help with the understanding of even the simplest of techniques. Highly recommend this dojo as they know what they’re talking about and how to teach it.
Students are taught a variety of Martial Arts with real-world applicability, ranging from Muay Thai Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Western Style Boxing, Krav Maga, Karate, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu,and Judo. We offer martial-art-based, life skills programs for youth, such as focus, control and discipline. We also cater to adult students working on fitness, self defense, stress relief, or even just starting a new hobby. Students improve themselves as individuals through Cosens’ unique, ego-free, team atmosphere. We currently have locations in Bay City, Midland, Mt. Pleasant, Grand Blanc and Saginaw.
