Cancelled tv service 9 days into a billing cycle only to have autopay take the full month. Customer service is a joke. The right thing would be to credit me the days not used but they choose not to. Horrible company. Avoid if possible.

The employees who work here are great. The bad thing is you can turn in all your equipment and pay your bill off in full and then the big company acts likes you never did.
