“My parents recently moved to Brighton and chose Four Seasons when their cat became unexpectedly sick. They were impressed with the kindness and compassion they received when their beloved pet ultimately required humane euthanasia. My parent recommended Four Seasons to me when I moved to the area and needed a new vet for my pets.

My little blind senior spunky dog Cocomelon had just had his annual check up and vaccinations before we moved, but he needed a dental cleaning which I was unable to schedule at our previous vet before we moved. I contacted Four Seasons and even as a new patient, they were able to see him for an initial consult appointment right away and were able to schedule the dental appointment as soon as the following week.

Dr. McKenna ended up having to extract 17 bad and/or infected teeth and while it was expensive (as all vet care is these days) it needed to be done. The entire staff was friendly and even after a full day of dental surgery, my little buddy walked out of there with his tail wagging.

A week later Cocomelon was back there for an ear infection and was super fussy when it came to getting ear medication. Dr. Tatman-Lilly took him in the back and managed to get it done. Afterwards I could hear everyone chanting “Yay Cocomelon!” and cheering him on. When they were done, Coco proudly strutted back into the exam room, happy to have received all that praise!

Vet visits are typically costly and stressful, but Four Seasons has provided good care so far and has made vet visits a little more enjoyable ?”

“Our 14 year old dog needed to be put to sleep today. Our normal vet had no openings for him so I called Griffith because we pass by it often. During such a heart breaking time- they were so gentle and explained everything. I wanted to get ink prints of his paw/nose and because I was so upset they said they would do it for me and give it to us when we picked up his remains. “Looking for a vet after moving from out of state, I found Dexter Animal Clinic. I was able to get in the next day for an exam and vaccines for my dog. My dog is highly anxious and stressed at the vet and the vet and vet tech were SO patient and kind. Typically, these visits are high stress for me and my dog due to her anxiety. They were able to handle her with care and do the exam and vaccines. Dr Nowicki also sat with me after the exam to go over any concerns I had and solutions for future vet visits to help her feel less stressed. It truly felt like him and the vet tech that helped really cared about me and my dog. I look forward to making this my primary vet and would encourage anyone, no matter your dogs stress level, to visit this vet.”

“Blown away by the compassion, love and crystal clear communication from the staff! About 4 months ago I started taking my 9.5 yr old Choc lab there. From the initial exam with Dr. Mary to working every 6 weeks with Kim, Maddux has improved soooo much! Vet and ortho vet sent us in circles with xrays and misdiagnosis. Kim listened and understood my frustration and determination to heal my boy. He had a shoulder injury that kept coming back, she put us on a laser treatment plan and regular exercises and communicated it all so clearly . She made a quality plan to help strengthen and work his entire body to support his mobility and joint health. She worked with me to explain every detail, the anatomy of his shoulder, how to relieve my anxiety around his limping and what to look for as we move forward with his rehab. Maddux is a handful when we visit the facility but everyone still treats him like he was their own pup, and tolerate his excessive barking :). He's my entire world so to find a place that loves your family member as much as you do is rare these days! There is never a rush to get us out the door or a lack of clear direction, everything is explained including the why behind their diagnosis and plan. I cannot thank ARF enough for taking him as a client and working with us so much to help with his longevity as he gets older. Kim has been a lifesaver and we truly appreciate her work and dedication to our boy! No way to say enough amazing things about ARF!”

“We've been taking Kitty to see Dr. Diehr and the rest of the friendly staff at Mill Pond Animal Hospital ever since she found us as a feral young cat over 13 years ago and we always have had a great experience. He offers great guidance and is thorough with addressing all questions and concerns we've had.

The prices are very fair at Mill Pond and you never get the feeling that they are trying to upsell you for tests and services you don't truly need.

In an after hours pinch we had to take Kitty to an emergency clinic elsewhere and the experience was not even close to the comfort both Kitty and we have had when visiting Mill Pond Animal Hospital.

“Over the years, I've been to many vets! This clinic is BY FAR the best there is! The entire staff goes above and beyond! One time, my kitten was having issues (non-emergency....actually turned out to be nothing) and I called 2 hours before they closed and they got me in! They stayed late to make sure my cat was ok and put my mind at ease! I have to drive 30 minutes to get there ....and honestly I have a handful of vets within 10 miles of my house.... but the drive is worth it because they truly care! They answer your questions and make you feel heard! Dr. Jennifer is the best! So is her staff! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

Recently, Rudy was struggling with chronic pain and needed a series of injections to feel better. Arlene went above and beyond to help us through this process. She probably spent close to an hour total helping me coordinate Rudy’s injection appointments, making sure everything was lined up so our dog could get the care she needed.

Arlene has also been a constant source of empathy and knowledge for our family, guiding us as we navigate Rudy’s care.
