“Over the years, I've been to many vets! This clinic is BY FAR the best there is! The entire staff goes above and beyond! One time, my kitten was having issues (non-emergency....actually turned out to be nothing) and I called 2 hours before they closed and they got me in! They stayed late to make sure my cat was ok and put my mind at ease! I have to drive 30 minutes to get there ....and honestly I have a handful of vets within 10 miles of my house.... but the drive is worth it because they truly care! They answer your questions and make you feel heard! Dr. Jennifer is the best! So is her staff! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“I would give more stars if possible. Sorry I'm writing this message so late but a few months ago I had to put my 18 year old dog to sleep and the entire staff was so kind and helpful. They had the room ready when I arrived with a little bed set up and surrounded by treats. My dog Roxy seemed very relaxed and went very peacefully.I truly appreciate everyone from the front desk, assistants and the doctor. I cannot imagine how physically and mentally draining your jobs are but please know you are appreciated.I also got the paw print package thing and think it was worth the money.”

“I had a wonderful experience here! I came in for an exam as my kitten broke half of her tooth off. Everyone (front desk receptionists, vet techs, doctor) was so nice and understanding and helped keep me calm! It was so welcoming and they did a great job explaining what was going on with her. I took her back to Town Center to get her tooth extracted very promptly after my first appointment, and I was very impressed they were able to get her in on such short notice. They did a great job with her and it wasn't too expensive either compared to other places I had looked at. Nothing bad to say!:) Strongly recommend!”

“Looking for a vet after moving from out of state, I found Dexter Animal Clinic. I was able to get in the next day for an exam and vaccines for my dog. My dog is highly anxious and stressed at the vet and the vet and vet tech were SO patient and kind. Typically, these visits are high stress for me and my dog due to her anxiety. They were able to handle her with care and do the exam and vaccines. Dr Nowicki also sat with me after the exam to go over any concerns I had and solutions for future vet visits to help her feel less stressed. It truly felt like him and the vet tech that helped really cared about me and my dog. I look forward to making this my primary vet and would encourage anyone, no matter your dogs stress level, to visit this vet.”

We did not want her suffering another 24 hours or longer.I called Banfield Vet in Brighton, and every staff member we came in contact with was calm, kind and compassionate. The minute we arrived, they immediately took us back to a room, knowing we were losing our kitty. They walked us through the process, gave us all the time we needed, and were very gentle with our kitty and our family. As awful as a situation as it was, I am glad to have found Banfield Vet.”
