“Nice to have NAPA in town as an additional auto parts store. They had the battery I needed for my lawn tractor in stock and when I needed to diagnose a spark issue they had the tester I was looking for.”
“I dealt with Brad at the repair shop. He made sure to get everything fixed up. I thought it would be a much larger bill because I thought something larger was the issue. He took a unbiased look and diagnosed a much smaller issue that fixed the problem.”

“Christopher B. provided excellent customer service when I needed my turn signal bulb replaced. It was difficult to get at but he was persistent and got it out. He was called away to help inside and the young man who replaced him also did a great job finishing up. Both were pleasant and patient.
I previously had tried another place and they gave up and wouldn't replace the bulb.”

“I got off one morning from work and my battery light came on i immediately drove to O’Reilly and was greeted by Tammy and i received the best help.I thought it was my battery that was the problem but her and a coworker of hers helped me to solve the problem and called a friend of there’s to come put the part on and omg I am still so grateful if it wasn’t for her i would be out of hundreds of dollars and in the cold for possibly another 5 hours so Tammy if you see this THANK YOU!!?? ?? O’Reilly Auto Parts she is a great worker and person I suggest you make it known how appreciative you are of her… I know I will ?”
