“My experience here was great! I was on the road traveling and had to pull over because of a leak in my tire. I called to ask if they would be able to put air in it just to get to my destination. I spoke to Tim on the phone and he said he was able to help me with no issues! I got there and Tim was incredibly helpful and nice, not only did he add air to my low tire but checked and made sure all the other tires were good to go before I got back on the road!! Highly recommend this auto shop, incredibly understanding and nice staff! I will absolutely be back if I ever need anything again! THANK YOU SLAVENS!!!”

“I just have to shout out S and R Auto in Howard City. I am always nervous when my car breaks because I don't know enough about it, and I could easily become a victim of a dishonest person or company taking advantage of me.S and R Auto is honest and accommodating. They have an amazing woman that answers the phone who is also honest and SO helpful.They fixed my car quicker than they had originally anticipated, and cheaper than they had quoted me. They got my part cheaper and passed that savings on to me.I can't imagine any other business operating that way.And to top it off, the receptionist warned me that they took lunch from 12-1, and being the flake that I am, I showed up at 12:30. Smack dab in the middle of that time. And the man sitting behind the desk said. "Well I'm here anyway. No worries"I am over the moon because finances are so tight for us. “Flat out one of the greatest customer service experiences I've had the privilege of receiving. Had a blown out trailer tire along US-131, threatening to ruin a perfect summer day's plans in Northern Michigan. Left the trailer, received a local recommendation to go to Larry's that I am so grateful for. Brought the rim along with me and just showed up. The guys at Larry's had the exact right two replacement tires in stock and mounted on my rim within 15 minutes. Got out the credit card and was ready for the damage... but instead received my next surprise - I couldn't believe I got out of there for such a low price and mounting was on the house. If you need tires, go here. You won't regret it.”
