This place needs a little education on customer service and if your gonna smoke pot you might want to leave it at home and not make the place stink up! Eye contact would be nice too but hey, its just subway employees right, cant expect much

This subway is unquestionably the worst store in the united States. Do not go this if you like customer service. The general manager Kelly thinks she is all that. She doesn't even know company policy. When I complained about her to the franchise they told me she was wrong in not making my sandwich the way I wanted it. Which was a tuna sub not tuna. The general manager Kelly wouldn't do that. Stupid? Arrogant? She became confrontation about it. But when I complained to the franchise owner they said we're sorry we will talk to her. Lori brown told me that. It just wasn't enough for me to want to go back to subway. The manager was rude to a customer that eats there 4 times a week and I'm sorry. This was the hartland Michigan store by the Kroger's in hartland. Don't go there the service is awful.

I love coming to this subway! The food is always superb, and they make a mean salad! The workers are all so friendly. Especially Ben and the manager Kelly! Great restaurant with great people! :)

Subway has continued to go downhill in their quality and value. You don't get what you used to.

Just what a Subway should be, a quick way to get a healthy sandwich just the way you want. Nice facilities, courteous staff. Do like I do, get a $4 sandwich and tip them $1. They should do better by the end of the shift.
