“Amazing people. I used thermal paper for a few labels they faded. They actually took the time to look us up in the white pages to call us and get the labels printed correctly. Talk about going the extra mile. Thank you so much for a small business every package counts!!!”

“We have used Franklin Press a few times in recent years, and the results are always good and the turnaround time is excellent. Very little "hype" in their communications -- no wasted time/breath on promos -- they just get the job done properly & efficiently.”

“Claudia is the GOAT!! I'm an artist and I always have these little quirky last minute projects and I need copies and double-sided things done and she always takes the time to make sure it's right and puts up with all my last minute projects. That store is a great store overall, and Dave is such a nice manager, but Claudia is why I keep going back!”

“The woman working around 10am on 3/15/23 at FedEx in Grandville Michigan was an angel! She was truly so sweet & went above & beyond to assist me with a sweet attitude & kind tone. Wonderful woman!! She was the only one working & there were many people who came in & the phone was ringing & she kept up like a champ & was amazing toward me & kept a great attitude!! She deserves a BIG pay raise. She's a boss!”

“I have always had great service at this place..... I've only been there a few times but was in and out quickly. The gal behind the counter was super nice but declined getting her photo taken for a Google Map review.”
