“After visiting 2 other vets in the area and getting no answers to why my baby wasn't eating properly and losing weight. After the doctors thorough exam and thoughtfully listening to what was going on. She can tell right away by examining his neck the way hes swallowing hes uncomfotable..intuitive yes,, experience. Yes. next says xray in order first then do one lab that wasn't included in the 2 previous visits. Unfortunately the xray said it all. Very thoughtful kind and compassionate through the whole tragic ordeal. Not to mention the first doctor HAD done an xray.. 4 months previously and did NOT see anything abnormal?? Thank you North Hill for your skill and humanity. RIP my baby”

The team responded to my late night inquiry first thing in the morning and were able to squeeze us in. Dr. savage and her team were extremely professional, kind, and patient with us every step of the way.Original review:Always excellent. Took two kittens here for spay and neuter, and routine check ups as needed. Super clean facility and professional. I had gone to others to save a few bucks but the quality of service is not comparable for my babies. Goodison care and emergency network is worth every penny. They also offer delivery services via third party for specialty food and pharmaceuticals, as you would with chewy.”

“My cat Willow has been seeing Dr Duncan for 6-7 yrs for cardiomyopathy (life expectancy about 1 yr) she suddenly went into cimplete heart failure, she spent the night at the emergency vet, but OAH allowed me to make an early am appt for the next day. We brought her in, she had to see a new vet since it was Dr Duncan's surgery day, but she was able to talk to him and we all decided she was "ok" but needed close minitoring. When he got out of surgery Dr Duncan called to check on her, but unfortunately we were back at the emergency vet where we lost her. A few days later when they were notified Dr Duncan called to tell me how sorry they were and offer condolences....not a huge deal, but something he didn't have to do and made me feel that he cared about my baby and understood how hard it was for us to lose her.”

Prior to me going to them I visited an emergency vet and they quoted me $1k just for blood work then $6k in total for the procedure she needed. Came here and they quoted me only half of what the other place did. Thanks to care credit we were able to get my dog took care of.A BIGGER THANKS To Angela, The Doctor and rest of staff that was involved. Honestly highly recommend. “Several years ago my dog need knee surgery. Dr Brinker, who was a vet orthopedic surgeon and has since retired, successfully performed the surgery. He and his staff were efficient and kind. Because of distance, I have not gone there for just everyday vet care. However, the office has contacted me to check on my dog's welfare and to advise me of the changes and to offer their service. If they have continued with the same service as was common under Dr Brinker's auspices, I'm sure they still offer excellent veterinary care.”
