“Between Debbie helping me schedule a second opinion, the very accommodating technician getting a history, Dr. Nanney's time and knowledge, and Shawna being so kind at the front desk with the other patient receptionist, I had a great experience today. My cat has a tendency to need sedation for appointments, and she was very well behaved for the technician and the doctor. I will always recommend this place and have trust in the staff”

The team are all kind, friendly and polite, they do a good job of explaining issues, treatments, and recovery–they never once treated a question like it was a stupid question! Great, fair prices too, and they're more than willing to work with you in that regard. When we get another pet, I hope Dr. Morris can take us. ❤️
Content Warning: Discussion of Euthanasia
When we made the decision to put my Bella down after nearly 14 years I was understandably devastated, but the compassion Dr. Morris and the rest of the staff showed made a terrible afternoon a little bit easier. The room they provided was private ù quiet with calming white noise. They had some treats you could give her as the time went on. Hershey kisses in a little jar labeled 'goodbye kisses', these small things also made it a little easier.
I felt like we were the focus of the staff at the time (although I am sure they continued the business as normal) it made me feel supported and taken care of. The entire staff is angels, I could of not asked for a better team or facility for that moment. I'm glad it happened there, I'm sure Bella is grateful too. Thank you so very much to Dr. Morris, Jen and the rest of the team.”

“On Wednesday I made arrangements for my cat to go to the rainbow bridge she was scheduled to go to the rainbow bridge with a different veterinary office and unfortunately that turned into such a nightmare it was unbelievable I got The Donaldson veterinary name and phone number from a friend all I wanted for my animal to was to go out peacefully with a little compassion and some reverence I truly believe I owe that to her got to Dr Donaldson's office as I was battling getting my head and my heart NSYNC with what I had to do when I got the doctors office I was greeted with nothing but kindness love and understanding of how painful this was I chanted with the staff that are beyond compassion which was needed at that time escorted to a small room with a placard that had a candle burning what it had to say was how painful it is for you to lose your friend so they must really understand what you're going through we talked about my fur baby and how the situation would be handled prior to that we had discussed how The cremation would go where I could visit her in the future there was no Stone unturned they went way above and beyond I am so grateful that this was turned into a good experience her exiting of this world was done with lung compassion and kindness understanding unbelievable adjectives I can never use thank you Dr hunhout and your wonderful staff this was a very good experience handled in very wonderful ways again thank you all”

“My son (cat) Simi ran away for a month came back exactly a month later. This vet handled him with so much care. The staff was patient and kind. The immune bost shots and shots were reasonable and affordable. Although the wait sometimes can be quite long, definitely worth the wait. Lastly a walk in facility is going to be crowded at times especially when everyone tries to get there pets in for an affordable amount. Thanks again my experience was awesome 👌🏾 and we only was in the lobby 20 minutes”
