He was truly a standout! That said, Hot Topic really should focus more on anime and not push it aside for other trends. Poor dino had never done one but had called the manager and face timed with her to walk through the steps! They went above and beyond for me! My daughter wad very happy with the end product!     “In store beats online! Ironically, I bought some T-shirts online without trying them on and ended up choosing the wrong size. This location was the closest to my home so I stopped in to exchange the T-shirts. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately, the exchange I needed to make was addressed and accommodated, but the amazing salesperson Becky immediately walked me over to the section. I needed to make my exchange. She helped me identify the right sizes, additional colors, and then even suggested new jeans which were on sale. Of course, somehow she knew I needed those. Long story, short, in and out of the dressing room with her helping with every size I needed and handing them through the curtain. It made the shopping experience easy for somebody who hates shopping. A couple of items were available in the sizes I needed so Becky offered to send them directly to my home. Overall, this was a five star experience when most people think retail is dead. Thank you, Becky.”

    “The employee that helped me was really nice and very very helpful. It was clean and tidy inside. I do wish the pants were always stacked in the correct order to make it easier to shop, but that’s probably hard to maintain and could be partially a shelf space issue. I would love to see this location carry more sizes to be more inclusive and have more in-store tall options because currently all of the tall options are from returns so it’s luck of the draw or shop online. Sizing and fit can be a bit tricky (more to do with corporate and manufacturing but worth mentioning) when comparing very similarly styles. I have even seen some small differences between two pairs of the same style in different colors of denim. Sometimes I have to buy online if they don’t have a tall in the style I want. Still when I find a pair I like I really really like them and I have always have had really pleasant experiences at this store and with the employees so far.”

    “My wife and I went there to get something, based in the Sydney Sweeney ads. It had been a while. What a great surprise we had. A nice size store with a good amount of inventory, great desla, and as friendly and knowledgeable a staff as I can remember. Meghan took us under her wing, and spent an hour getting us exactly what we wanted. I ended up getting four quality shirts, and my wife, two jeans and a cute cat sweater. Just an excellent experience all around.”
