Awesome for therapy and rehab. Used this for pre hip surgery to strengthen muscles before surgery I didn't know that many were not working. Also post surgery highly recommended to get rid of bad habits and work to get muscles and posture correct for years to come . Thank you very much

I was lucky to find an excellent Physical Therapist as John Calvert! John went way over being helpful in my leg problems and made suggestions on what might be causing my periodic dizziness. I strongly recommend John and his knowledge of PT and general overall medical knowledge!! I am following his PT program and doing well.
