I go to Mount Pleasant Nutrition at least 5 times a week. Great shake and tea variety and the owner Allie is extremely nice and energetic. I’ve been to dozens of nutrition clubs across Michigan and Mount Pleasant Nutrition is certainly one of the best!

The $15 price tag for a 16 oz tea and a 16 oz shake, but the flavor and health benefits make it worth it. I had a birthday cake shake and it tasted like it was a protein filled birthday cake batter in a shake form. Really great, flavors are accurate.

Mount Pleasant Nutritions offers healthy shake and energizing teas. Each shake consists of 250 calories, 24g of protein and less than 9g of sugar. All of the teas are sugar free and only 4 calories!
