First of all the view is incredible!!! Secondly, the wine is surprisingly good! We got two flights: one of their grown none sweet wines and then their grown dessert wines. Nice little change up!Worth the stop for good wine, good view, and good service.

We had such a pleasant wine tasting with Mark. Hes so kind, funny, and witty! He has us laughing the whole time and educated us on so much history. We definitely recommend a wine tasting with Mark!
The Jacobson family and Charles Kalchik founded Leelanau Cellars in 1974, making it one of the first wineries in northern Michigan. Fifty years later, the winery is still family-owned and features a tasting room right on the beautiful Grand Traverse Bay. It has grown into one of the largest wineries in the Midwest, producing more than 70 award-winning wines and distributing more than 300,000 cases annually to 34 different states.
