The owner of this company was rude and unprofessional to me, her client at the time. I was shocked and disappointed by her comments to my via telephone. Not sure what happened to customer service in businesses today but it seems many companies have forgotten who pays them.

Sometimes things happen in life and we get behind with our tax filings and tax obligations. Unfortunately this doesn't "magically disappear" if you ignore any of those notices. It only escalates the problem, causing way more havoc than if the first notice would have been opened and dealt with properly.
