“I love doing business with them let just say i wasnt confident about the last service i received from them!! Not in their work!! They has always done a awesome job however not so much about the price.I have a 2013 ford explorer and my steering shaft went out they charged me five something alone. They go on to say my sway link needed to be replaced along with a wheel alignment. They say it was going to be 1,500 when i told them i didn't have it they said the total will be 1,050.After seeing what work was done I looked up the part prices, let's just say it would've been few hundred cheaper had i brought my own parts ??♀️”

“My mom and I just stopped by. We had it sprung on us that we'd have to replace a tire (originally went for a free flat fix). We didn't have the money for it--we literally only had enough in my mom's bank account to cover our phone bills that were due the next day. We were kind of freaking out like, maybe we'd have to get another extension for the phones, stuff like that. Well, guess what--15 minutes later they've changed the tire, and we get up to pay, and two guys hand us the receipt and the keys and say we're all set. They paid for it. The receipt says our salesperson was Andre(Dre). I don't know if bell tire people see these, but if you do, thank you. We cried all the way home.”

“We got a flat tire and since it’s a hybrid there is no spare to change it but had to have our insurance call a tow truck. We called Belle Tire because it was very close and they assured us we could have it towed there and they would have a tire for us. They were very cordial and said they would help anytime we got there. And after waiting for the tow for 4 hours, they replaced the tire quickly and efficiently. KEITH gave us the status on our other tires and a recommendation. They did a great job and it was the most competent part of our whole ordeal. Thank you, Belle Tire!!”
