“I've been visiting this clinic with my dog for the past five years and have always had a positive experience. Dr. Pytel is exceptionally polite and has a knack for pinpointing the underlying issues with my dog's health. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a reliable vet in the area.”

“Dr Hicks is outstanding. My cat is petrified of the vet. Dr hicks makes sure anytime she sees Thistle to be kind and gentle. The team there is outstanding and is one of the reasons I continue to come back.”

“After visiting 2 other vets in the area and getting no answers to why my baby wasn't eating properly and losing weight. After the doctors thorough exam and thoughtfully listening to what was going on. She can tell right away by examining his neck the way hes swallowing hes uncomfotable..intuitive yes,, experience. Yes. next says xray in order first then do one lab that wasn't included in the 2 previous visits. Unfortunately the xray said it all. Very thoughtful kind and compassionate through the whole tragic ordeal. Not to mention the first doctor HAD done an xray.. 4 months previously and did NOT see anything abnormal?? Thank you North Hill for your skill and humanity. RIP my baby”

“The ENTIRE visit was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The staff was very personable as well as knowledgeable. Extremely helpful. The Dr. came in quickly, assessed my baby, explained, and offered resolution. It was a drive for me, but this facility was worth it. I look forward to them caring for my Zoe in the future!”

“I started coming here mid pandemic when my boy had to have a post emergency follow up. Being at the worst possible time our regular vet couldn't see him for weeks. CC squeezed us in and we're super caring. Now I've been happy with them since, but last November we had a rough go and had to put my fairly young cat down. The staff was so supportive and kind even hugging me, at the time I got a letter with her paw print stamped inside which was so touching. It's now February and I got a letter in the mail today from an animal veterinary research organization telling me that CC made a donation in my girl's name. They didn't tell me they were going to do that and I found it extremely touching that they did this.”

“Extremely great people! I can’t express it enough. I have 2 permanent tag-a-long toddlers. I’ve actually been denied from other vets because I can’t take my children with me. Not only did they not seem to have an issue with me bringing them with, they were helpful opening doors and engaging with my kiddos. I’m sure this in itself speaks volumes for how amazing and gentle they were with our kitty!”

“I took my cats Stanley and Selena here for their medical needs and also boarded them here whenever I went away. They were wonderful with the cats and when it came time to say goodbye after 19.5 years (due to advanced kidney disease) they were sensitive and supportive. I brought my daughter’s cat here last year and “accidentally” came game with their foster cat they were caring for, a few days later. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone again when I bring “Jay”, now Hartley, in for his checkup with his bestie, Elliott.”

“I’ve been going to Banfield since getting my dog in 2020, and my 2 cats I got a couple years later. I’ve always had a positive experience with routine care. Over the weekend I was in a panic about my 1 year old cat being sick which prompted a call to an emergency vet late Friday night. I called Banfield Saturday morning and had the pleasure of speaking with Vaga. She was beyond sweet, helpful, and patient in answering all of my questions. She asked plenty of questions to get a clear picture of what’s been going on, gave me advice on how to help make him feel better, informed me on emergent signs to watch out for, and scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning just in case he still wasn’t feeling well so we could come in if needed. Luckily my baby’s feeling much better now and I’m so glad I was able to talk to someone honest enough to explain the best course of action for him rather than me going in and spending money on a vet visit when he could be recovering comfortably at home.”

“RAEC was wonderful. You are not going to get an appointment here. Pets are seen strictly on severity of need. We had to take our very sick (oral cancer) Labradoodle in to be euthanized when our regular vet was out of town. She took a turn for the worse, bleeding badly, swollen and labored breathing. They put us is in a very nice room complete with blankets and a pet bed.We did have to wait for a bit but the staff, tech and vet, Dr. Brink were extremely kind and compassionate. Very hard time for our family - our beloved family pet was never alone or in a cold, sterile environment. Under the very sad and difficult circumstances we were impressed.”
