Super bowl Sunday, ordered a party tray size pizza at 5:58pm, was told it would be done in 25 minutes. When I go to pick it up they tell me they sold it to other people and I'll have to wait an hour for my pizza now. Never going back here. Very poor customer service. The Buscemis in Utica is the only good one left.

They owe it to Dave for keeping this location alive. He makes a great pizza, great guy. I hope the owners realize it's Dave who keeps the customers coming in!

I got a torpedo sub and a slice of pizza. Cashier tried ripping me off by charging me for 2 slices. I had to tell him two times to get the total right. Sub was old and soggy and only had one piece of lunch meat on it. Pizza was 3/10. Bad value, old food, and cashier tried to charge me extra.
