“I had to leave on a business trip across a few states with very little notice and I felt like I needed an alignment so I called the company to see if they had a room to just squeeze me in.Turns out I needed a control arm. Not only did they tell me this, they offer to pull you onto the shop floor to show you what they are seeing. Absolutely love that.My car exhaust is also loud so they recommended me elsewhere because if they did it they would have to replace the entire exhaust. They were honest, they didn't deny the job but gave me all the information to make my own decision and I love that.They even drove me back to my job while they worked on my car. Just wow!You can tell they all work as a team and are trying their best to give you the best service from the desk lady who is a super friendly and knowledgeable down to earth lady, the person working on your car who will sit and explain everything to you, and even the manager was smiling and cracking jokes - work appropriate of course. Love that they all seem to actually enjoy their job and work together so well.If you're nervous about taking your car here, don't be. I will 100% be back when needed and I would 100% recommend them! I have never before been to a car repair shop where I actually learned something, was described the issue and felt completely confident in the services. “The entire crew was amazing from start to finish. It did take a little more than a month a half for everything to be done but this was also during the holidays, so was to be expected. They truly went above + beyond when I picked up a freshly cleaned car first thing in the morning and was only expecting to pick up a fixed car. “At this point, I can only give a partial review, however, based on my initial exposure, the gal on the phone squeezed me in for a issue with my vehicle when other repair facilities wouldn't! Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment as rodents entered my vehicle's engine compartment and chewed some wires (I have to re-attach) before I make another appointment. When canceling, again, the gal was very understanding & said to get a hold of them when i'm ready to take it in.”

“The best place for parts in town. Usually the lowest prices and usually have the parts you need in stock, even uncommon parts no one else keeps in stock. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I'm online trying to find a part and there is no option for vehicle make/model or part you need. Todd and the crew are great, they are helpful, knowledgeable and offer helpful tips to aide in your repairs. Fortunately I haven't been in for parts in awhile, but unfortunately I need to now and I'm unable to check the availability and price online so I'll have to stop in. The website could be down for updates or something? Maybe it's not user friendly? But I recommend you give them a call and compare the price, quality, and warranty on your next project? You might be surprised and you won't find friendlier service anywhere in town than you will there. Before the web this store would have gotten A++ rating, it is Worthy of 5+ stars..
