“Yesterday, I got a flat tire and pulled into the nearest gas station for assistance. Fortunately, Gratiot Automotive Center happened to be located right next door. I approached them and requested help with my tire. Dwight, a member of their team, promptly brought a jack and tools to my car, located next door, and discovered half of a razor blade embedded in the tire. He skillfully plugged the tire, filled it with air, but unfortunately, it continued to leak air. Recognizing the issue, Dwight went the extra mile by patching the tire and advising me to consider a replacement soon.When it came time to settle the bill, to my surprise, the owner informed me that there would be no charge. I had an exceptional experience with Gratiot Automotive Center, and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.”
