“Great customer service, great service, great atmosphere and great people. I have been to this place maybe three times and every time that I have been here, it has been an awesome experience. This last time I needed a wheel for my jeep I think his name is Junior. He made it possible. He ordered the part. They called me the next day I went to get his serviced and it was for a wheel and it only took them under 10 minutes to put it on from the time I got there gave them my key and he came and said I was done. I highly recommend this place for your rims your tires your wheels I mean just call him find out what they do and I guarantee you will not be disappointed in the service or the products. “This was my first time ever needing new tires for a forklift. The rubber part fell completely off on our old forklift. In less than 24 hours, they came out and swapped out both rear tires and everything is great now.
I didn’t know what I was doing, but over the phone I sent some dimensions and forklift model info and they took care of the rest.

“When the other tire shops, including the one closest to my home all tools me there was no availability Roseville added me to the schedule. When I came in, they took me right in. I had one tire wearing uneven, preventing me from getting a wheel alignment. That other shop wanted me to buy 2 tires for $200 more than Costco even though there was nothing wrong with the 2nd tire. Costco replaced only what needed replacing in list than 30 mins and provided top-notch service from start to finish. Very satisfied.”
“Belle TIRE your getting a STRONG 5 stars from me. Your customer service was excellent for once I felt no anxiety. No fear of being priced gouged. I was dealing with a grinding / burping sound coming from my wheel up front.. I KNOW RIGHT BURPING!! Yea no idea how to describe it to the mechanic so I took a video of the sound.. videos are clutch ppl JS! They test drove and found no issues cause lucky me it stopped as soon as I get a mechanic to look at it.. eghhhhh! They didn’t charge me for there diagnostic and we talked about possible solutions to my problem. That assistance led me to fixing the original issue.!! Caliper PIN GREASE.. who knew.. “after my jeep compass hit about 100k, a lot of the larger, more expensive replacements started taking place. i had gone to a handful of different mechanics for different things, but over the last year i had severe pulling on the front end of my car. 4 different places told me everything was fine, and that it needed an alignment and tires. everytime i took the advice, the issue did not go away. firestone at this location were the ONLY mechanics that felt the issue I had been experiencing, did an absolute full inspection inside and out, and figured out the problem. now the car drives the same way it did when I drove it off the lot in 2019. I won't go anywhere else for mechanical work in the future.”
