“Located just across and south of Walmart on 12 Mile Road in Warren, I visited Printy Co. TWICE in two days. First one was to print a poster for a Halloween event I'm having second one was to print paracetamol for the same event. Both times I have dealt with Hakim (the owner who is VERY hands on) and Jane (who makes you feel quite at home very quickly). Jane wrote me with prices and Hakim got the poster done VERY QUICKLY. I was going to do both poster and postcards on the same day. Hakim advised after the poster was printed, that there will be either some cropping or some condensing in the fonts when the postcards are made since the size of the postcard I wanted was not directly proportional to the size of the postcards. He could've easily printed it and just charged me BUT he instinctively knows, I would not be happy with either result so instead, he advised me to reformat the file to fit the size of the postcard AND leave 1/8" on the designs perimeter to allow for the bleeds to be perfectly cut. I did as he advised and came back the next day. Needless to say, I am VERY SATISFIED with how big the posters and the postcards came out. I will DEFINITELY skip Kinko's and come back here instead foot all my printing needs, ESPECIALLY if I want the products to have a PROFESIONAL finish. Thanks Hakim and Jane!”

After reviewing what I was looking for with the dimensions I was requesting. I provided the image of what I was getting printed. I provided all of my proof for copyright reasons for the image to be allowed to be printed. I then let John and his team work their magic. The result was better and clearer than I had expected. “First of all I want to say the customer service is amazing... I just got my Milodon sticker that I wanted for my truck and when I opened the envelope a post-it note came out attached to one of the stickers. The note explained that they were sorry for the delay of getting the stickers due to the fact that there were production restrictions due to Covid-19. Now to explain I am a busy man I had honestly forgotten that I had even ordered the stickers LOL so the delay did not bother me one bit.... and one thing that goes a very long way with me is getting treated properly as a customer, they sent a extra sticker for free due to the production back up and the note gave off a very personal seller-to-buyer feeling which means a ton to me. The sticker quality was absolutely fantastic and it looks great on my truck with all of the other stickers I have on it.
