On walking into the theater I noticed the cleanliness how fresh the popcorn was great seats I love it I said I'll return the staff was also friendly and polite

First time to the movies in years. Outside of theaters was clean, but some of the seats were torn terribly, and the armrests where sticky! No lettering for what row is yours, but seats are numbered. Maybe when it gets busier they'll be able to keep it cleaner in the theater.

The seats we were assigned (and the ones in the same aisle) were cracked and ripped. I’m so glad they actually reclined. The staff at the box office and the usher were very dry and unfriendly. They also left the lights on during previews and they randomly shut off in the middle of one. Please do better.
