Every one was very friendly and we didn't have to wait long. Connie was very thorough with her information and Dr. Galdes was very nice and let me ask questions and didn't try to sway me one way or the other about Surgery. I am very happy about the experience I had there.

Dr. Galdes was very polite and specific to the point. Along with his surgery nurse in explaining all things that go on. I am not a new patient to GLOC as I am a patient of Dr. Reineck with both shoulders replaced. Always a great experience with GLOC Dr’s and staff from the second you request a service.
