“Bank manager JENNIFER BARTOS!!! She gets it done when it matters! A few years ago she saved my house!!! I was denied by the underwriters. She stayed after hours with me 3 days straight and was able to get me what I needed to save my home! I had 5 days until foreclosure she had me in the clear in 3. Now I couldn't get approved anywhere but miracle worker Jennifer got me in my dream car no problem. Can't thank her enough. She's the absolute best. Hopefully she can me the money I'm going to need when I lose my license in this thing lol”
“The website is good except some functions require an excessive number of clicks to complete an action.Also being color blind it took getting use to selecting an item and having it turn a certain color to take action. Customer service is excellent, the Canton Branch is top notch for service and very friendly and helpful.”

“I recently had been through a very painful, embarrassing and frustrating experience that I had to suffer through because the banks were closed over the weekend. Not going to lie, I was MAD, but most of it had nothing to with Genisys. It was mostly miscommunication between my husband and his bank. But to make a long story short, my husband and I went to Genisys on Monday following weekend and talked to Jennifer Szyndler and she really helped us out. She listened to the situation and our concerns. She able waive the fees from this horrible ordeal. I really appreciate her. Thank you”
