“I went into the AT&T store located on Vernor/Livernois and was met by two lovely young ladies employees who treated me like family.I have a high impact job and from time to time my phone drops out of my pocket often needing screen repair. The faulty phone was in desperate need of an upgrade. The ladies demonstrated great patience and professionalism as they assisted me in finding the right phone with the right protective products to help prevent future accidents. They also went the extra mile in making sure that I was squared away with the (First Net) system as I am a First Responder x 29 yrs (Detroit Fire Dept). It was an all around refreshing experience and a testament of the right type of role model othet young people should emulate. Thank you for your time.”

“This is by far my favorite Metro location. I've been to many different locations over the years and so many just rip you off, you're stuck waiting forever, they're constantly trying to upsell, etc. At this location they are totally up front, they tell you exactly how much everything is, which matches the listed prices, there's no hidden unpleasant surprises - they tell you the activation price, phone, service, etc. Not only that, they always let me know when there's a promotion that's applicable, and I've gotten some great deals. They're always very professional, timely, and efficient. 10/10”

“This location is the location I will going to from now on. It's clean and the Manager James is amazing and so knowledgeable about the phones and how to troubleshoot them. I can finally check my voicemail again! I went in for a new phone and he was very helpful and so personable. He didn't try to upsell me or hassle me. He was patient and let me test out a new phone I wasn't sure about because it wasn't my first choice. Which was perfect because I loved it and ended up getting it. He also got my husband a good deal on a really nice tablet because they are currently having a back to school sale! If you're looking for an honest location with excellent customer service this is where you need to go.”

“Great experience at this Verizon store. Trevor went above and beyond to get me into my new iPhone. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if Trevor is there to help you. He answered all my questions ( if you know me there is usually a lot). He set up my new iPhone which was a bit of a challenge since apple disabled my Apple ID and my old iPhone was an 8. Then he installed the screen protector like a pro (which he is). Definitely go see him.”

“This is a Metro PCS store that excels in customer service! The manager, all the way down to the staff are great at assisting customers. Almost everyone in here is bilingual which helps drive its in the heart of Mexican town. They gave away lots of free food and snacks for customer appreciation day. They paid for the Mean Weenie food truck to give away hot dogs for free. They also provided drinks, chips, cookies and more for each customer. They also raffled off a free phone with the first month of service paid for! Every customer that walked in seemed to leave very happy with the service and product that they received. If you are on the area or just need good service from a Metro PCS wireless store, i would say to come here! I loved my experience here!”
