I'm incredibly impressed with the service this shop provided during my experience, even after all the struggle and hardache this xbox put him through, the owner wasn't interested in charging me a arm and a leg because he couldn't fix it.I highly and I mean highly recommend going to this shop first before you go to any others ?”

The tech had excellent customer service skills. As stated, They were able to come right to our home, which is extremely convenient, and they were very pleasant and professional. They were respectful of our property and the device and did all they could to get the job done to the best of their ability. The whole job took approximately an hour, which was super quick. I have never had to file a claim for a repair before, thank goodness. However, this situation gave us peace of mind, knowing should anything like this ever happen again and my family and I are in need of any repair services, it is an extremely easy process to file a claim and set up an appointment to get what we need fixed and we will be in good hands. We can not thank them enough! Highly appreciated and highly recommended by our family! Overall, it was such a great experience! The phone looks brand new again!”
