“I went to three different places to try to find a interstate battery and I could not find one! I called two places in addition to visiting the two places! One of the places that I went to recommended that I try r&S racing! Even though this meant that he lost a sale he still sent me here knowing that interstate batteries are the best! When I went in it was about a half an hour before they closed! And I have a foreign vehicle so of course I need a really weird battery!! So of course it's not in stock! But the lady who helped me out was extremely helpful and she went out of her way to call and make sure that I could get a battery for my vehicle! And she made sure that I could get it as soon as possible! The other place that I called said they couldn't get a battery for a month for my vehicle! And she is getting me an interstate battery in two days!! I was extremely impressed with the service and the way she went out of her way to make sure I got the weird battery that I needed for my foreign car LOL!!”
“Good service and decent prices. Items in stock is fairly decent, but anything not very common will need to be ordered in. Only other complaint is they are ONLY automotive, so not much in the terms of truck or farm filters etc. Overall if your looking for car parts, not a bad place at all.”

“I was traveling from South Dakota to Wisconsin when the dashboard lights came on at a gas stop in Albert Lea. They got me in immediately and did a thorough diagnostic check. They researched the problem and told me I was safe to continue my journey. I was so impressed by the kind attention and assurance that I could drive safely. “My family and I stopped into autozone for help with our vehicle. A Lady by the name of Piper, I believe ran a code on it and it said multiple random misfires. She suggested a spark plug replacement and possibly the ignition coils if that didnt fix our problem. We were 3 hours from home and she recommended we not drive on it. Shops were all closed at this time and I thought we were stuck. We asked if by any chance anyone would be able to help fixed our vehicle at this time of night. She called a few of their clients and no answer. She then helped us fix our vehicle. She got our family back on the road. We made it home safely and vehicle has had no other issues. Kudos Piper!!! Thank you for helping my family when we were in need!!! The world needs more amazing Ladies like you!!!”

“Blew a tire 25 miles from Walmart near Albert Lea, MN on our way home to Montana. We limped on the donut to Walmart, and found them busy with other customers. However, they took the time to find us 4 new tires and squeezed us into their busy day. They got to work almost immediately and in less than 2 hours we were on the road again. They were kind, compassionate, and competent and made the effort to help us out even though we were a walk-in without an appointment. Jason and his crew were all great. We are very grateful for their help today.”
