“We experienced the misfortune of having criminals writing forged checks on our Highland Bank account. We first learned of this by phone call from Atalie, and within a short time we were sitting with her signing affidavits, closing the account, and opening a new account. She saw it that all the actions were taken to block these criminals, while at the same time verifying legitimate incoming deposits and checks so that those could transfer to our new account. Because of Atalie’s kind and professional handling of this we suffered no loss, and found that Highland Bank lived up to every promise they made! This is a bank you can rely on!”

“I got delayed in traffic and pulled into the drive through at BankWest in Rockford at 6:03, and the closed signs were lit up on the canopy, so I just passed through. The wonderful lady inside saw me and motioned me to back up to the window. After I sent my check through the tube, I realized I didn't send my ID. I asked through the speaker if she needed my ID. She said no, I recognize your face. She cashed my check and thanked me for coming. Try getting that kind of service at one of the big banks!”

“As much as it pains me to write this down I have to give Wells Fargo Rogers Minnesota a good review. I made a payment through bill pay that was clearly confirmed but never delivered. After dealing with 150% complete incompetent humans with the 800 numbers and the idiots that do not understand ENGLISH or I CAN NOT understand them. I decided to go into the Rogers Minnesota branch. Pam Kurey (teller) was awesome. She did what she was able to do and then directed me to Ethan the branch manager. I sat with Ethan for about 15 minutes and after a total of 45 minutes being at the branch everything was taken care of 100% and efficiently. Like I said it pains me to say this and to give Wells Fargo a good review but they deserve it this time.”
“My husband and I made an appointment in September to open up a trust account and we were meeting with Jill. As soon as we entered the lobby, we had arrived early, she offered us coffee while we waited for our scheduled time with her. (That was one of the best cups of coffee I had ever had.)Jill was not familiar with the type of trust account we were setting up but she very kindly and patiently got the information that she needed and helped us open the account.We were very thankful for how efficient she was in answering any question we had and if she didn't know she found out.What was a difficult day for us she put us at ease.”
“I opened a basic checking account nearly 3 years ago at this location and had a HORRIBLE credit score to start off with. I had just went through a lot of unfortunate life events with losing my job, getting evicted from my apartment and spiraling into debt. I was terrified to walk into Blaze, let alone any credit union, and ask to apply for an account. It felt so embarrassing to explain my situation & then pray for the best that I’d be accepted into their branch. I ended up sitting down with Michele and my worries melted away. I finally felt understood & heard, and she genuinely wanted me to build a better financial future for myself so I could get out of this mess.
