I highly recommend using the online system to let them know when you're on your way to save your place in line. I waited in the lobby for maybe 10 minutes instead of what would have been at least an hour.

Worst representing or scheduler. Called in to make an appointment and the person I spoke to gave me an attitude the whole entire time. Couldn't even help with making an appointment.
