Doors are locked before time written on door. Like locked at 7pm when they close at 8pm and no one will see what you need. On more than one occasion staff was really rude to me and my sick kids. I’ve had such bad service here that I’ve actually called and talked to a clinic manager….

Never go here! Had a appointment for just a flu shot, check in waited 40mins never got called. Didn't get flu shot and never will come back to this place save yourself the headache and find a Park Nicollet
