Their iced high rise caramel was fantastic, and the workers were very friendly and welcoming.

Tried the White Mocha Pumpkin drink and it was super sweet as the name predicts. The coffee shop was not that busy when there but the tables needed to be wiped down. The staff was friendly as well.

No hours of operation posted anywhere and the phone number listed here is disconnected. I had to call corporate to find out they don't open until 10. At that time, what's the point?
