I moved from abroad and was super frustrated with a lot of dealers I went to, because it felt like a lot of them are lying and trying to sell you cars that are not in good conditions. “I'm not sure where to start, so let's start from the beginning. I went to Jake's auto mall after having life circumstances and bad decisions leave me with very bad credit and the need to find a place that would trust me to make payments on a reliable vehicle. I walked in expecting to be treated like I was just another customer. To my delight, I was treated with respect and dignity. From the moment I walked in to the very cozy office, the ladies made me feel welcome and appreciated. I quickly went from hanging my head in shame to feeling like things were going to be ok. They were honest right from the start with regards to the requirements to be approved. I brought paystubs, my down payment, and proof of insurance.I saw a Lincoln and test drove it and of course after feeling like I would love to own such a nice car I walked into the office and said.... I'll take it. Expecting laughter to erupt, I was surprised when they said, awesome let's get started. The paperwork was very quick and straightforward forward. I could have been out of there very quickly, but I honestly enjoyed the experience and how they made me feel like family, that I just sat and visited for a little while. Bottom line, whatever reason you have for going to a buy here pay here dealership, I strongly recommend these guys even if you don't have the credit struggles that I had. “This place is great for the body repairs on older cars. If you need a place to replace a fender cheap on an older car, they do a great job cheap. A few years ago my wife's hood flew up on highway on her 01 Chev Prsim. Our insurance company totaled it out and would not repair it. These guys were able to find a used hood but in good condition and fix the fender for under $400. Recently I brought my older Chev Suburban to them. The fender had rusted under the flare and it flew off while going down the highway. They were able to find used already painted to match fender with flare on it. The whole thing only cost me about $200. Also they gave me military discount.”

Rusted through spots, broken parts, and needed repairs badly.I drove back up there in a heat and confronted them, expecting a difficult time.The owner met me, inspected the vehicle, apologized and explained, and guaranteed that he would make it right. And he did.They kept my vehicle for 3 days and fully combed through everything. Repairs were free, and it was in good shape when I got it back from them.My first instinct was to rate them poorly for having this issue in the first place. But I could tell that these are honest folks who are doing their best, especially if you point out a mistake. And that earns my business every time.”
