Never had insurance company add people to my policy that don't even live with me or even have or ever have a driver's license. Then more than double my rate. When I called about it I was put on hold for over a half hour before I finally hung up.No I get to call again and do it all over. Exactly how I like to waste my life....

I called to get an update on my claim, said they couldn't find the insurance company and gave me the number so i could call and do their job...

Easy so work with. Their quote came in cheaper than anyone else by quite a bit. Snapshot and their app is nice and easy to use. Only issue was being charged a $20 late fee for a payment that didn't go through on their end.
