“I'm honestly scratching my head as to why Menards is only rated 4.1 stars on Google because my recent visit was fantastic! I picked up a couple of small carpets this week and I have to say, the customer service blew me away. The guy helping me out was super friendly and we had some great chats while he was cutting the carpets. He really knew his stuff and even went out of his way to help me find this mesh-fence thingy I was curious about. All in all, shopping there was a breeze and I left feeling pretty darn pleased. Definitely worth checking out!”

“We as consumers have thousands of place's online to search for the products we wish to buy and that is the problem. Who do we choose? Who is good and who is bad? And later, after we buy something, did we choose the right company? Are they going to rip us off? Not Acme Tool. Never and I mean NEVER, have I worked with a more professional and courteous company online before. Brian Wavra, Acme Tools Ecommerce Manager was extremely helpful with a problem I had with my credit card and after a couple of days dancing with my bank and getting a new card activated, I not only paid for my original purchase, I turned around and purchased more from Acme Tool because they have thousands of products we wood workers need at great prices. On top of great service, I know my items will be packaged properly and won't be damaged when I receive it. And If ever there was a problem, I know for a fact I will NOT have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get problems taken care of because it has already been done right the first time.
