Was picking up a load from Polaris and as my luck would have it Oof-da truck set up at Super One. Delicious taco salad and strawberry smoothie. Highly recommend.
We are Mobile concession stand serving our famous OOf-da Tacos, which is a fried bread dough shell with all the taco fixings. We also serve nacho supremes, taco salads, veggie tacos with pinto beans, elephant ears, chips & cheese, bucket of nachos, strawberry smoothies, strawberry banana smoothies, pop, lemonade & water. We travel to fairs, music festivals, local town celebrations & set up outside grocery stores and local businesses throughout north west Minnesota. We own and operate 3 mobile food stands. We are one of 3 franchises in Minnesota.
