Hygiene. Just being able to see a room is clean is a whole lot of comfort to me. Staff being attentive to help when something goes wrong. Even being transparent about the process to sort a problem if something can’t be fixed immediately. Having a peaceful stay!

Our stay was pretty good. Very cooperative staff. Check in process was quick and given early check in too. Rooms are spacious and clean. pets are allowed. Walkable distance to grocery stores and good restaurants.
