“The staff there was so incredibly helpful. I brought in my foster dog for a self-serve bath and they saw his itchy skin from neglect from his previous owner and the groomer suggested a shampoo that isn't normally offered through the self serve option, but is through the grooming service. They brought out a bottle especially for him, and I couldn't have been more appreciative. I know that everybody that works at your store loves animals, but it appears they also love making every interaction a great one as well. I bought a five pack of the self-serve washes, a bunch of treats, I will be back again and again.”

“Love this place. Has a great selection of raw or cooked meats as well as accompaniments such as cooked yams. They also sell a variety of healthy dog treats as well as toys and supplements. Not over priced. When I moved I thought I wouldn't be able to continue to pick up my dog's food but there are multiple locations around the metro that I can reach in a short drive.”

“Emily is so great! I brought my older French bulldog in for a grooming to cheer him up, he is currently mourning the loss of our other dog. When I picked him up, he was so happy, smelled fantastic, and was so soft! He also had the cutest Fourth of July handkerchief on. I'm so excited to do this on a more regular basis. This place is awesome and Emily makes everything go so smooth.”

“My senior girl, Faith, started suffering with degenerative disc issues in December of 2022. We started seeing Jenny once a week and Faith has recovered very well (will never be 100% again because of her issue & age). We continue to see Jenny 1x a week and it helps Faith SO much. One time we missed a week and boy could we tell the difference it makes! Recently, Faith had a set back & has been limping quite badly. We went to see Jenny for our regular appt in the morning and by the time I got home from work, Faith was feeling SO much better it brought tears to my eyes. “I find myself stopping into PSP more and more often. Why? First, it's conveniently located, making it easy for planned or unplanned pop-in visits to make the fur babies happy. Second, and most importantly, the knowledgeable and friendly staff. For example, my most recent visit was for the Buy 3, get 1 Free deal on treats. I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed help. I thought I knew what I wanted, so I went to the dog treat aisle and picked out the doggies treats. Given the deal, I started looking around and was approached by another associate who asked if I needed help. I couldn't recall the name brand, but I described the bag. She, without a delay, was able to pick out the treat based on description alone!! And it was a specialty brand, not a "famous" big name!! Mind blown! Great people, great prices and selection. That's why I keep coming back.”
