T-mobile home internet cost half as much and is twice as fast. Starlink is 3x faster and cost the same price. Don't seem to be actively competeing with any of their very real competition.

Customer service by phone was FANTASTIC! Got my account information clarified/corrected within minutes. The representative was so pleasant. Appreciated NOT having to sit in a 'call queue' for up to an hour as I have in the past with a different provider! Only down side was that I was charged a fee for the help.

Nuvera - keeps raising prices every time I turn around. Now they are threatening to charge $2.50 per month for paper billing starting December 1st. I have had enough and will be cutting the cord today!
