“The service department was extremely accommodating. I stopped in to discuss an issue I was having with alignment without an appointment. They listened to what I was experiencing, and we discussed steps for remedy. They immediately started working on my truck. Transportation was provided to my home while they worked on it and back to the dealership. The dealership completed the work in an hour and fixed the issue at a very minimal cost. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I am very please with the service I received at Apple Chevrolet in Northfield. “Hit a deer and needed body work. I had trouble with ins.company but Chris took care of it and it really was a huge problem. The insurance company said they would pay so much an hr. And for the job. And I had 200 dollar deductible and would be responsible for the rest. I don’t know how they took care of it but ended up insurance pay the estimate. I was told one week or so and one day past. Very polite staff and organized.COULD NOT HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE ANY BETTER!!”

“Started getting bad muffler noises from my 2009 Mercedes E350 and asked the (usually very good!) dealership to fix it. After leaving it there for nearly two weeks, they threw up their hands and said they couldn't find the parts and I should look for a local, custom shop instead. Oh and did i mention that the prelim estimate was over $2K? So I found Dave at Northfield Exhaust Pros and the rest is history. It took a while to get an appointment (they're busy!!) but once I got it in, the job took him all of 4 hours and was $200. Car is back to its silent self! “Kevin was extremely helpful through the whole process. He’s done 2 of my transmission replacements. My first replacement transmission failed but Kevin replaced it with a new one, all costs covered besides labor but even then he discounted labor costs and got me the best deal he could. Not very often do i feel repair men sympathize with my problems and truly care about helping but Kevin made this process so much simpler than it could’ve been.
