βHighly recommended! Been with State Farm, with Tom, Sherri, Tracy for years. Reasonable rates, and will help with any dilemma, that arises. For instance, didn't have insurance card in vehicle, while leaving on a trip, called office, Sherri- immediately sent card to my email, to have with. Any problem or concerns, each, helps you with immensely, with a smile, thru the phone! They find savings, and help work with your arising issues, half payments and all! Am very Happy and Pleased, to have them, as our insurance company!β

βI want to personally thank Taylor, I had almost forgotten that my renewal was due with my current insurance until Taylor left me a voicemail. Quoting me a new quote since the last time we had spoken earlier this year. He remembered our last conversation and followed up even 6-7 months later. If it wasnβt for Taylor I wouldβve forgotten about my renewal and paid a lot more than what Taylor was able to offer through State Farm. βTracy Vogt provides amazing customer service. We have worked with Tracy quite a bit in the last year as we sold our home, filed an insurance claim and purchased a new home. Through it all Tracy has been amazing. She is extremely responsive and is able to get things accomplished. She quickly and accurately responded to document requests from our mortgage lender. She also got things moving with the claims office when our claim was delayed. Once Tracy got involved, we received timely responses and a resolution. I would definitely recommend Tracy.β

βJust worked with Michelle Beckers to re-up my Renter's Insurance policy. She is a gem to work with, knowledgeable, courteous, even friendly, and willing to do the extra couple things I asked her. βI had the opportunity to work with Aimee from Sam's office this week. She has been absolutely wonderful!! I was contacted earlier this week to see if I wanted to put a quote together & see if State Farm could maybe save me some money. Considering my current carrier of about 20yrs has continued to increase my rates on both my auto & HO6 policies, I figured why not try!!

βBeen paying for car insurance online for 8 years since returning to MN. Of course the premiums went up every year. When I would compare companies Progressive was always the cheapest online even though I drive very little. I remembered Jim Martin Ins. From years ago. So gave them a call. So glad I did because Mike Was very patient and helpful and saved me $$ with better coverage! And Its with the same company.
