“Izzy is amazing. The phrase, "If you need a part, Izzy will find it," is true. I was told my car needed a very specific part that was no longer made. Several mechanics said they could not locate one anywhere online, and nothing could be done. Fortunately, I did some research and called Izzy. Turns out he went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to track it down like a bloodhound. It was tough and he put a lot of time and effort into it, but he did it! He turned the impossible into the possible. “These guys are amazing. I live in Eden Prairie and was looking to have my diesel truck worked on to fix an oil leak and have the truck bulletproofed. These guys did exactly what was needed, kept me updated on the progress and completed the work in a timely manner. This was a HUGE job that many others tried to get me to do other things that really didn't need to be done. All the other shops were significantly more expensive because of the add ons that I really didn't need. After my own recent accident, none of my insurance approved local shops could even get my car scheduled for months! Jamie got her scheduled within a week for initial estimate, got parts ordered and her fixed up within two weeks of her arriving at the shop. He was professional, honest about timeframes, and helpful the whole time, communicating with insurance and my dad (who is local and had my permission ), as well as myself. I contacted them via email and got a response the next day from Marvin K. letting me know it was still available and the condition as it had been sitting in hash weather for a few years. Karl was very admit that I - A potential customer was aware of this. I asked if they could open it up and send pictures of the gear cluster and give me a quote for shipping. He later rented a trailer to me so I could bring a large item home from Menards, and he fixed the wiring on my trailer hookup.He is not a big operation. He is very informal, and this could be mistaken as being curt or rude, but he has been around for many many years, and has not been known to bite a single person.I suppose if I had money to burn, I might try to find someone to do the job and kiss my ... while he was doing it, but probably not.”
