“One of, if not, the best Walgreens I have visited. I am new to the area so I have had to make many runs for missing odds and ends; I am always greeted by the kindest staff! Their cashier, Sophia, is such a nice kid and has helped me locate the more obscure things i’ve needed. Great store.”

“Yes & No: The Customers are very friendly there & The Cub Employees are very nice & they know where their products are in the aisles! I always know where everything is in that store! ?❤ I used to love My Old Cub Store when I used to live down the street from there but, I moved away! But, I was there at this store last week & I noticed the old floors & I didn't like what I saw & I felt that store isn't as nice as I like it when I shopped a long time ago! I asked 1 of the employees if this store is going to be remodeled like the other stores & she didn't know! I told her that some stores have Caramel Corn in the new remodeled stores or something like that! Overall-This store is very dingy & has dirty old floors w/cracks in it! I feel that I won't be coming back-sorry! But, I felt kinda sad that this Nathan Lane Cub isn't like I remembered! Are they going to remodel this Cub Foods-God-I hope so!! It's not bright in this store & I don't feel happy here anymore! ?”

I've always had great experiences at this pharmacy, and they've never been consistently out of my medication, like Walgreens always is. “Updated:2/4/24It was a much better experience. ( my last visit felt as enjoyable as a swimming pool filled with broken glass and lemon juice) I was expecting another weeklong battle for my medication - but called and the automated system said my prescription was ready ( que pleasant disbelief)Went in, very short line ( unexpected)Prescription was ready and the very nice pharmacy tech. ( they are always great to deal with) Rang me out quickly.Thankyou CVS- I appreciate you growing from feedback.‐-------Early Jan 2024 --I want to say the actual front desk people I interact with are wonderful. I just can"t fathom how messed up the CVS system seems to be. My prescriptions were sent a week ago- all the automated system said was they were 'processing'. I could not reach anyone by phone, no oprions to leave a message. I tried online to no avail. At my first availability I went in person because I had NO clue what was up- and was told it was 'in que' and to return in 25 mins ( at this point another worker yelled to her ' WE CLOSE AT 1:30 FOR LUNCH) the person helping me asked politely that I return at 2--- it was about 12:50 - but- I've been 'the messenger' in these situations myself. Not her fault.So I shall attempt to get my medications again later. Overworked staff, clearly system issues...”

I had a prescription that was not covered by my insurance and it was going to cost upwards of $300, but the staff went out of their way to help me, applying coupons and reducing the dosage. They knocked the price down to $47 after some finagling! I was so grateful and impressed!”

“I called this pharmacy to see if they had an over the counter medicine that I needed. the gentleman who answered the phone checked and found that they had one left. I said I'd be in when I could to get it. He suggested that they store it by the register. I came to get it about an hour later. I was warmly welcomed when I walked in. The medicine was waiting for me and I was able to pay for it and leave right away. I really appreciated the extra effort so I wasted no time looking for it. Ii'll be back.”

“I moved to the area approximately one year ago and it has been my experience that both the pharmacists and the pharmacy technicians have been extremely helpful and have gone out of their way to assist me. I have seen the reviews regarding the long wait periods and poor customer service but this is a VERY BUSY location and they are short staffed so I don't blame the employees. It's up to corporate and management to make the necessary changes. I will be a return customer because the staff at this location has always made me feel like a valued customer. Thank You!”

“Five stars for service by Ashley on July 12th!!! I inserted my card too fast and needed to change and she was super friendly and accommodating about redoing the whole thing. Nobody else was in line, so it didn't affect other customers and I just really appreciated her good attitude about a pain in the neck transaction. The young man who is a manager here who helped me with a return recently was also excellent. These employees know how to retain customers, even when I wasn't wild about this location due to crummy bathroom and often slow service. The older gentleman who worked here within the last couple years was on top of things as well.”
