“I would highly recommend this company! We purchased this 2011 Jeep Wrangler. It needed a good cleaning, washing, and buffing because of all the scratches. They applied the ceramic coating and it looks like a brand new vehicle! I almost don’t even want to take it out of the garage.This company is very professional and their customer service is superior. “Our family has been on monthly contracts with Mr Carwash for over 15 years. We've always been satisfied. Started this location when it opened. Good at first, lately problems with white chemicals spotting the cars which did come off with re-wash. Last week, something on the side brushes chipped and scratched the glass on the driver's mirror when it reversed. Mirror was fine at entry, found chip about 10 minutes later. Replacement is $642. Management accepted no responsibility......Owner responded with suggestion I contact "care Team" After conversation with area manager, needed repair was authorized.”

“Always use this car wash. I usually used the touch free lane but I like that there are two lanes. There’s never a wait and the wash is new and nice. I don’t find soap residue like some other holiday washes and dryer dries pretty well.”

“I purchased a wash package online and had a problem when I went to go redeem it at the store. The QR code wouldn't read. The first employee seemed to get it taken care of and I got my first wash, but when I went for my second wash the bar code they put on my windshield didn't work. The worker helped me and got got everything figured out. He was extremely helpful. I was told later when I registered my wife's vehicle that his name was Isaac. He has excellent customer service skills and deserves to be recognized for it. He didn't let me leave until he fixed my membership. If I have his name wrong, he was working on Saturday February 10th at around 11am out in the booth. He was the Latino man that helped the guy with the Toyota Venza. He'll remember my situation.”
