Cute, little bakery. The donuts are light u0026 airy, which is a must. We've been here several times u0026 my kids love it. We have tried many, many different flavors here u0026 they all seem to be tasty.
The s'mores one was fun, but bordered the line of being too sweet if you got everything (frosting, donut, chocolate u0026 marshmallow) in one bite. Can't attest to maple, as I'm not a fan of maple donuts, but my girls loved them. The lemon filled was pretty good as well. My personal favorite, is the cinnamon twist. Delicious cinnamon flavor, without being too sweet.
We did also try some of their cookies when they had the special designs. They are top notch when it comes to the artwork on them. But as far as taste goes, it seemed to lack a little flavor in the cookie itself.

We ordered a gluten free cake for our wedding and were very impressed! The cake was delicious and everyone was commenting on how beautiful and tasty it was. We are so happy we chose to use Daube’s and will be returning customers!

My colleague and i saw the bakery on our way back to our hotel. She chose a cranberry cookie. I chose the poppy seed Kolache. Both were delicious. Mine had a perfect flaky pastry. Hers was moist and nutty. We went back three times during our stay.

We used Daube's for the dessert for the wedding reception. The bride and groom choose several types of cupcakes they love as well as their cake (raspberry filling). The cake is to die for and we're still celebrating every night with a piece since the wedding! Head here and your sweet tooth will thank you forever!!

We went here because everyone in the area kept talking about this bakery. While its a nice bakery with a little bit of everything it didn't seem above and beyond other bakeries that I have been to.
They sell their own bread, which was very good, there are a couple of different selections to choose from including a baguette.
Their pastries vary but everyone should find something that they like. At least half of the pastries come filled with either a cream or jelly. No pretzels despite their logo.
They do serve a combination of breakfast and lunch items with a few tables to sit at if you wanted. You can also buy your pastry item and eat it 'in house' if you wanted to.
They have a completely separate area for specialty cakes, for example wedding and birthday cakes. Though I did not use this service I am tempted to use it in the future. They had a lot of different items to choose from and seemed to have several bakers designated just for making these specialty cakes.
