“We experienced the misfortune of having criminals writing forged checks on our Highland Bank account. We first learned of this by phone call from Atalie, and within a short time we were sitting with her signing affidavits, closing the account, and opening a new account. She saw it that all the actions were taken to block these criminals, while at the same time verifying legitimate incoming deposits and checks so that those could transfer to our new account. Because of Atalie’s kind and professional handling of this we suffered no loss, and found that Highland Bank lived up to every promise they made! This is a bank you can rely on!”
“Amazing fraud protection, I am so incredibly greatful to this bank for notifying not even 5 mins after an attempted fraudulent purchase was detected, and due to the banks security their attempted fraud didn't even go through, not even 10 mins after the attempted fraud I was able to cancel my card and the scammers didn't get a dime from me, I cannot thank their amazing security team, fraud detection, and customer service representatives enough.”
