“Ultimately very good but communication could be improved. Initial travel used for booking retired but I wasn't notified until I called to arrange making final payment. Was transferred to another agent who I had to actively pursue to get a response. When she finally called she was pleasant and helpful. There was an important deadline involved for payment and I was concerned about missing it. I will probably give the new agent another try but will need to set expectations for timely communication.”
